Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 07:30-10:30 am. In this continental breakfast you can choose your preferred ingredients from our check list. Breakfast is served at our main restaurant, in the terrace or via our room service.

Wi-Fi internet – installed in all the rooms and hotel areas with a very high speed quality.
Car parking
No car parking.
Late checkout
This subject is available unless the room will not be booked by another client. There is an additional charge (5 euro/hour) for this service. You have to notify the reception on your arrival if you would like to have a late check-out.
Smoking policy
All the rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in the room can lead to a charge of 200 euro (cleaning fee).
Guests are required to pay any outstanding balances upon check out.
ID policy
Government issues- an ID (identity card or passport) is required to check in at the hotel.
Based on the Albanian law no. 9887, date 10.03.2008 article 18 ”For Personal Data Protection” please be informed that the data you provide is collected for registration and analysis purposes.
Data collection
The types of personal information that we collect includes:
•Your name, gender, home and work contact details, business title, date and place of birth, nationality,
passport and credit card information;
• Guest stay information, date of arrival and departure, goods and services purchased, special requests, observations about your service preferences (including room, amenities requested, facilities or any other used services);
•Telephone numbers dialed.
• Any information necessary to fulfill special requests (e.g. preferences that require specific
accommodations, purchase of goods and services);
•Information you provide regarding your marketing preferences or in the course of participating in
surveys, newsletter, contests or promotional offers;
All data is saved in our database at high security measures and it can be accessed only by
authorized persons.
By signing this registration form you agree to the hotel regulation terms & conditions. Our hotel is not responsible for any valued item left in the room and not declared.
The registered guest is responsible for all the charges and any damage done to the room or property by her/him or any room companion.
Additional Services
Restaurant
For sure you will love our Restaurant for its city center view but mostly for its concept. Guests can explore the gastronomic delicacies of the “à la carte” restaurant from our EXECUTIVE CHEF Mr. HAMDI SUDI. The restaurant is located on the third floor of the hotel.
